Anyone got any ideas? He's formula fed and we're used to him bringing up milk if he's had too much, but today he's been bringing up very watery vomit quite a while after feeds.

Is it just clearish liquid? My 11 week old does this too, not very helpful as I don't know what it is but she's been doing it for weeks and doesn't seem to be doing her any harm. She's sick all the time too and I've been told the general rule of thumb is that if they're gaining weight ok there's no need to worry. Hope that helps.

The same thing happened to my 2 about an hour or so after bottle I told my hav and she sd cud b acid reflux they not bothered by it

Sounds like a bit of reflux but if it's not bothering him in any other way and he's keeping most down I wouldn't worry. Maybe see your GP about it if it bothers you, theyll probably start him on gaviscon.
