DS is 16m and had a bad bout of the vomiting bug from last Wednesday to Saturday.
He is not quite himself yet and is more tired and grumpy than usual.
His appetite has not returned fully and he will generally eat 2 meals and a snack (from a very limited list).

Anyway this all seems the normal aftermath of a tummy bug BUT he now will not drink ANY water or juice. Nothing since Sunday.
He is drinking two bottles of milk per day (morning and lunch) but nothing else.
I have tried sippy cups, sports bottles, open cups, cartons with straws. Tried juice or water too.
Nothing. Not a sip.
I think lunchtime til the following morning is too long between fluids so today I have started syringing water into him.

Is the milk enough? Do I keep syringing?
Any other tips?

ice lollies/ice poles? Would he take a cup of milk?

If you are getting milk in the that is good. He will go back to other things when he is ready. Can you maybe offer so more milk but watered down if you are worried.
I wouldn't syringe as he will get stressed about it and it will be harder to accept water in thefuture.
If he is weeing regularly then he is not dehydrated.

Thanks for replying. Ice poles are a no go. They are on the list of things-that-are-trying-to-kill-himHmm

Good advice Rosa. I'll do that.
