My baby is 10 weeks old and in the last few days has developed dry-looking, blotchy skin on her face. We haven't changed washing powder or anything, she has got a cold so I wonder if it's related to that. I've started putting Johnsons baby lotion on her face after her bath, does anyone know if this works or have any other recommendations to make it better?
