Hi, my 11 month old currently has very pale poo that absolutely stinks (worse than normal!). Nothing has change in her diet, and she doesn't have a temperature and seems well in herself. She is pooing in excess of 5 times a day also. Does anyone have any thoughts on what may be wrong (if indeed anything)? Many thanks in advance.
