Just wanted to share the idea I had about not mixing up the medicine bottles (maybe everyone else figured this out years ago, and I'm just a bit dim)
To avoid overdosing on paracetemol or ibuprofen put a rubber band round the bottle you just used! Eg. you give paracetemol so even if you're half-asleep you know the next dose has to be ibuprofen. And swap the band over.
