Nasal polyps in children

anyone any experience of nasal polyps in children. My dd is 6 and has quite a large one in left nostril - she always seems to have a runny nose. Has anyone had experienced this or had them removed (by surgery) or reduced ucing sprays etc.

my dd2 had one last year when she was 11/12. She tried a couple of different sprays but they didn't make any difference so she had it surgically removed in the end. It was quite large so may be that's why the spray didn't work?
