Anyone got any ideas? DD has been teething pretty constantly since Christmas and the accompanying hideous nappies have given her horrible nappy rash. She's been to the GP twice in this time because she's also had bouts of thrush. Poor DD and her very very sore fango!
She seems to be having a break from teething and do everything nappy related has been calming down. No more nappy rash etc. But this evening, I noticed that loads of tiny white spots have appeared on her fango and it looks really sore again.
Is that thrush? Do I go back to the GP and get more canesten? Is there anything else I can do? Is it actually an allergic reaction or something?
I'm making sure she has lots of nappy free time, keeping her really clean, making sure I wipe properly etc. Feeling slightly exasperated on her behalf!
