10mo tilting head to one side

Hi everyone

Over the last 3 days my DS has been cocking his head to one side for a second almost involuntarily, sometimes wincing slightly. Doesn't flinch when I pull his ear so don't think he has earache, although is just getting over yet another cold. Also he has a tooth (8th) on the way, although he has never done this before while teething.

Any idea anyone?

Yes, he's just getting over a cold and is also teething! Worth a trip to the gp? He doesn't appear to be in a huge amount of pain...
