Any tips on smoothing the 1 year immunisation experience?

taking DS to get MMR etc this afternoon. Any tips on distraction during and soothing afterwards?

Aw he'll be fine. Maybe a bit moany this afternoon but a bit of calpol and a quiet day with his favourite things is all you can do really. He'll be muich chirpier tomorrow. They just ride it out. :)

Thanks. He seems absolutely fine. A sunny walk in the park and some snacks seemed to do the trick.
