Chickenpox

My ds's nursery teacher's daughter has cp. She is in the next class to him but other than that havent had any contact.

I see the mum a lot as we are pals. My question is could we have caught cp from her i.e. Could she be carrying it? I am 27 weeks pregnant and a bit nervous and we are flying off on hols next Monday too!

I know I am probably worrying unnecessarily but would like to know likelihood of us catching it!

have you had chicken pox? I would doubt very much that she would carry chicken pox in with her unless she hasnt had it in the past. If both of you have had chicken pox before then it is unlikely that either of you would catch it again
