Hi, can you recommend any drinks that are healthy for children? Ones that do not contain artificial sweeteners nor too much sugar? Thanks.

morrisons and asda sell small cartons of fruit juice with a splash of water (in a 3 pack) but ds has started wanting water with his lunch so I have got him small bottles of water with a sports cap instead.

I give DS a sports bottle with a twisty cap (ones made by Sistema don't leak) and fill it 1/2 full with 50/50 apple juice and water

Water. Innocent is also good but messy to open and not good for the teeth.

For DS (6) I give small cartons of orange or apple juice - 99p for 6 from Aldi
dd (3) has a sports bottle with water or water/juice mix
