Pins and Needles.

My DD (6yrs) woke last night 3 times, crying. She had pins and needles in her left foot and a pain in her left knee. I made her a hot water bottle to see if this would help and she finally went to sleep with me beside her, cuddling.

Any ideas what this could be?

I think she has just been lying "funny", don't think this is anything to worry about too much.
