Jaw Distraction GOSH

Anyone here had to have subsequent distractions? Thinking that my DD may need a 3rd distraction 6 yrs after the last one, as she is snoring which is an indicator of sleep apnoea. We did our surgeries out of the JR in Oxford, but her surgeon doesn't work under the craniofacial unit there, so it will probably be GOS. Anyone with any experience at GOS Maxillofacial/ Craniofacial unit out there??
