Probiotic drops - how long to store them for?

We are in D&V hell. I have some BioGaia probiotic drops that I bought about 8 months ago and have been stored in the fridge according to manufacturers instructions. Opened however. Nothing in the info leaflet and still well within the expiry date on the box. Too late to ring the chemist. Does anyone know if they would still be ok to give?

Oh well, it was a long shot.

I'm no expert but if they are in date i would have thought they'd be fine. I used to take the capsules and they would last ages open.

Thanks TeenyLeek. In the absence of any official guidance I think I just wanted a bit of commonsense reassurance.

Which I now have Smile.

Hope the D&V gets better soon. Smile
