6 week old with a cold

My nearly 6 week old started with a cough last night, his breathing sounds snotty to but i cant see any. I have saline drops and a sucker if he needs it for his nose.

Any advice for his cough? Plan to contact the doc only if he has a temp that wont come down (all i can do would be to strip him off? any thing else? cold flanel?

You could try raising his cot or Moses basket at one end to help with sleep
