Its just a picture of my sons pox , i just wanted to know what you all think on whether or not there chicken pox or something else.

How long have the spots been there? I would say no they are not chicken pox.

I dont think they look like chicken pox, I would just take him to drs to get checked out, does it cover his whole body?

it looks a bit like acne, but obviously I have no idea how old your ds is.

Look like chicken pox to me - around the 2nd or 3rd day?

Of course as others say there would be other things going on fever? off colour? and the childs age and whether he'd had cp before?

Looks like chicken pox to me given the yellow/crusting of some of the spots. But if it is not chicken pox it maybe an infection needing anti-biotics so I would make an appointment with GP and tell that you think that it may be chickenpox so they don't put you in the waiting room with pregnant women/babies.

Some of them look a bit poxy but its hard to tell. Call your GP in the morning.
