Sore creases in dd's nappy area

Any ideas about what to do about very sore creases at the the top of baby dd's thighs, other than keeping them clean and dry? Am trying hard but just noticed a little bit of blood when cleaning her. Thanks so much for any thoughts.

Sudocrem. DD had the same....

Metanium is very good for soreness.

Weleda nappy cream - was a metanium fan but this even more effective and less thick/staining.

Thanks, have with the cream. Just gave her a bath and noticed a bit more blood when I cleaned her. Do you think she needs a doctor? Remember reading something scary about a drug addicts baby who died from an infection from nappy rash.. Guess it was a bit worse than this but still...am a worrier!

A little bit of blood can look horrendous IMe . Can you see where it is from? If it is clean (doesn't look Red or infected) and can keep it clean and dry , I wouldn't see dr but keep an eye on it.
