Cleaning eyelashes!

DD has beautifully long eye lashes but they do get a bit manky at the base from time to time. She washes her face twice a day but this doesn't seem to be enough, any suggestions?

I would think a cleansing wipe (simple ones are good) they can be used for eyemakeup removal so safe to use on eyes.
