Hello,

Ds is 14 mo and has been unwell since Friday with temp of between 38.8 and 39.4 which does come down with neurofen/calpol.
Seems to just be a cold with some vomiting due to mucous, I think he may be also teething.
Anyway, as a result he will not eat. Since Saturday morning he has had one yoghurt a day, and today he won't even eat that.
He is drinking lots of water and am giving him more milk than usual so I guess he is still eating some calories.
Just seems a long time without any solids. Is this anything to worry about? This is the longest he has refused food for.

Are your children’s vaccines up to date?

I think I'd get him checked at the GPs, not because of the lack of food necessarily but because he may have a bacterial infection which is the cause.
