My lo DS is 13 months he's had loose stools all day and a bit yesterday (I put it down to teething)
He was fine when he got up, when to the childminders till after dinner she told me he's not been himself quite fussy and not wanting to play. Go him home he's had a sleep then we sat on the dog together (he never does this)
He then seemed to perk up an was playing, gave him toast for tea which he picked at (he ate all his dinner) had a bath no problem.
Went to give him his bottle and he projectile vomited 3 times it was just milk and egg?

Re bathed him he was his normal happy self put him to bed gone to sleep no problem.

It's the first time he had ever been ill, not sure if it's a bug for if it was the egg that didn't agree with him I was the only thing from his dinner that came up?

Whats the best course of action?

You sat on the dog?!

Sounds like a bug but these things usually pass quickly. Keep eye on temp and check on him during the night.

Ps keep him hydrated even if only in small amounts at a time.
