Ds2 is 25 months and has been not himself since sun/mon last week, no temp I thought he was probably teething just really grumpy. Saw the hv on weds who put it down to teething/his age. Since thurs he has been sleeping 14/15 hours at night which is 2/3 hours longer than usual. Does this sound like I should be getting him checked by the gp? He stopped daytime naps weeks ago so nothing new there, or does it sound like a growth spurt or something?

Go to the doctor to put your mind at rest. It seems to me that he has tagged his daytime sleep on to his night time sleep. My ds1 had naps in the day until he started school when he was 4 and 1 month. Maybe he is being more stimulated in the day which is tiring him out, or his sleep is poor quality because of his teeth.
