Dd has temperature but nothing else?

DD has had a temperature, it started on saturday, had it up until last night but doesn't seem to have it this morning.

She doesnt seem to have a cold and has not vomited or had a bad belly. So i'm wondering what it could be?

She does not look well and you can tell she is not feeling good in her self, she is 4years old. And seems to be crying saying she doesn't feel well.

Poor little thing, any ideas? Does anyone elses dc's get a temp but nothing else?

Sometimes I'm sure it's that they've caught a bug but their body is doing what it should and their immune system is fighting the good fight, hence the raised temp.

They feel grotty for 24/48 hrs and then nothing & you're left thinking WTF was that all about then?

Lots of DVD therapy on the sofa, regular drinks and Calpol/ibuprofen & hopefully she'll fight it off.

Oh and Mummy cuddles, best cure ever.

Has she had roseola? 3 to 5 days of fever and then a rash appears when the fever is down.
There is plenty of virus out there. I would get her to the GP though if she is still not well tomorrow.
