DD nearly 6 has been complaining of stomach pain on and off for 4 days. She can't describe it very well-says it's a bit like sickness and a bit like a tummy's burning inside. I've just looked in on her asleep. Her face is red and forehead clammy. DD has also just discovered that she has her first wobbly tooth. Could these things be related? I'm starting to panic and thinking appendicitis etc. Any ideas?
