Chicken pox?

DD is 3.6 and for the past two or three days hasn't been herself. She had two sores right under her nostrils that we've been putting Sudocrem on but in the last day she's developed a small blister type spot on her cheek and the same one on her knuckle. These are all the spots I can find. She's complaining of muscle aches, fatigue, headaches and ear ache. From what I can thonk of this sounds like chicken pox but is it possible to have it without a big rash?

DD2 is 1. There's nothing I can do about her contracting it now but is it safe to have it at 1?

Dd had it at 14m in november - chickenpox, not h,f +m. She was fine. Itchy for a day or two but ok in herself.
