Hydrogen breath test

Any ones child had a hydrogen breath test, and had to do 24 hours low carb before hand?

I am starting to panic about what she (4) is going to eat, and its tomorrow! The letter says no cereal, potatoes, rice, bread, cakes, biscuits or sweets. Cake biscuits and sweets can be avoided, but she eats a quite high carb diet!

Any advice about foods, I know its only 24 hours, but its going to be tough on her!

Boiled eggs for breakfast with fruit?
Cheese omlette with carrot sticks & houmous for lunch?
Chicken with vegetables, yoghurt and more fruit for tea?

Or is that too much fruit?

She cant the kiddies yogs as they are too high in carb, so far she has had scrambled egg, cucumber dipped in mayo, raspberries, 1 babybel. Now its soon lunch time!

Lunch is going to be tuna mayo, with some salad stuff.

Dinner is mince burgers with melted babybel in the middle!

Its only one day

It turned out to be not so bad food wise after all! We now get to repeat it next week for the fructose test! Lactose with negative.
