My DS (8 months) is having a terrible time teething and the last 2 times I've used Calpol it's made him hyper rather than drowsy. Has something changed ??

You can get with or without sugar can't you?? Could that be the difference?.

I always found with ds that the no sugar one made him hyper, as does anything with sweetners in. I find you tend to know where you are with sugar. However, dn has adhd and sugar makes him hyper. Which one do you have? Try the other one. Teething powders are also useful for calming them down.
