My 5 year old son has severe hayfever and has been seen at St Thomas' hospital recently where they have agreed on a desensitization programme called Grazax. This of course doesn't come without side effects. The worst case would be an anaphylactic reaction so the first dose is given in hosptital. I have started to get a bit stressed wondering if we are doing the right thing after having to push hard to be accepted for the programme (it is very expensive). Does anyone have any experience of Grazax or somthing similar? Do you thingk we are doing the right thing?

Sorry, can't really help as have no experience of this. I was just thinking you might get a better response if you repost in allergies? Hope your son is ok.
