In the last week or so, he's gone from one spot occassionally to about seven all at once. He keeps picking at them, and so I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions for mild face washes etc which might help. He has quite sensitive skin, so I want something quite natural and easy for him to use (getting him to wash can be a task in itself).
