my DD's just come out of the bath, & the skin on top of her arms is red, almost looks like she's been wearing a t--shirt and got a bit sunburnt. there's a clear line between 'normal' coloured skin and the red bit. Her cheeks are also flushed and she has a temp of 37.9
any ideas? never seen it before
