It could literally knock you over.
Sad His teeth are fine and although he has a cold last week, it's all cleared up now. Any suggestions as to what to do to help him, it really is appalling.

Have his teeth been checked by a dentist though? Throat infection? Stomach problems? If it is definitely not teeth, I would make an appointment with the GP.

Tonsils or adenoid infections are a possibility. Happens a lot with my DC and are associated with a really strong smelling breath- has a bit of a sweet smell to it. Would make all their bedding smell as well as they would dribble in their sleep. Anti-bs can help clear it up but they had recurrent infections and needed tonsils and adenoids out.

Agree with spiffy - tonsils or adenoids? Also, when dd is run down or coming down with anything she has bad breath - it's always a sign. Dentist/GP appt might be an idea.

Always a sign of tonsils flaring up with my bunch.
