DS's willy is sore and there is a bit of whitish discharge under the foreskin

DS has had a sore willy for a few days, today we noticed a small amount of yellowish discharge on his pants and a whitish discharge on his willy. calling the GP/nurse tomorrow, but any ideas as to what it is? he is 6 and otherwise healthy.

Sounds like it could possibly be thrush.

I took DS to the doctor last week with the same problem.
It was a fungal infection again in his case, he has some cream to put on.
