best multivitamin for children?

mine seem to get constant colds at this time of year. and DD is 2.5 and v fussy eater, so which is best multivitamin for them? the info on back in v confusing! thanks

I only know the ones we had as children, I've never given mine vitamins. I think they still do Haliborange. It's all vitamins disguised as a fruit pastille these days I think Hmm But any should be ok to give really, the standard drops are abidec so I would go for something which covers the same vitamins - Vit A, Vit D, Vit C and the B vitamins.

Constant colds are par for the course at this time of year regardless, frequent handwashing is all you can really do to reduce the risk.
