Help me diagnose DD vomiting? 3 days and counting!

I thought sick bugs passed much quicker
Her best friend at school went down same bug over weekend as well.
Vomiting. Fever. Sore throat. Tummy pains. Thirst! Obviously!
Not eaten sInce breakfast Sunday. Still being sick and retching.
What is doing the rounds?
Oh, she's in Reception so not experienced school bugs before!!

We're not in UK but my DD2 just had a sick bug that lasted for 6 nights. Very weird as was only sick at night. Went to doctor who said she'd seen 3 or 4 kids with the same thing that day - looked in her throat and was very red. Now all better thankfully. I was worried as DD1 has had sick bugs but they usually only last 24-48 hours. Hope your DD is better soon.
