Eczema question

My daughter was diagnosed with eczema at 10 months old, she is now 4. Id say she has a fairly mild case and usually treat with a bath additive & moisturising, adding hydrocortosone cream when needed. Recently she had quite a bad flare where it started affecting most of her body (back, sides, random places on legs and arms & about a month ago it started affecting her face for the first time ever (eye lids & cheeks) where she would scratch until it bled. This has now been effectively treated using hydrocortisone & scratch sleeves at night and has now completely cleared up but she is left with red marks where it was. It usually affects behind her knees & elbows where she has been left with similar marks that havent faded. I'm worried these marks (on her face especially) won't go away but it only affected her face for a month whereas it has affected her knees on & off for 3 years? I tried googling this with no joy so figured this was the best place to ask.

i cant promise anything but my eldest had shocking eczema as a little girl.at 4 she was in wet wraps at nighttime and had lots infections in it.she improved with age and by 12 was at the moisturize and hydrocortizone in occasional flare ups.at 17 the backs of her knees are still a little red but where her eyelids split has left no visible damage
