it sickens me, but sadly does not surprise me.

I have been at the mercy of doctors who have refused to treat (or even take seriously) health issues that my dd1 has (severe ASD). it happens.

it absolutely shoudl not, but it does.

disabled people are not (in some people's eyes) 'worth' as much as NT/able bodied people.

I don't know what to say, that medical proffessionals can hold such views is just sickening.
