my 7 yr old son is fit and well generally, and has always been a toe walker. after 6 months of physio, which has helped a little, he is still on his toes all the time. the physio has recommended serial plaster casts, but this isnt something they do at barnet general. neither she nor the gp seem to know where to refer him to. does anyone have any experience of this please, or know which hospitals in north london might offer this? thanks
