My 3YO D has had since xmas localised spots on her thighs and on her bottom. New one appeared today. Shes well and they arent bothering her. Can't think what it might be? Any suggestions please?

Sweat rash. Or a viral reaction to a cold. Could be anything.

What do the spots look like? Raised? Blotchy? Or are they somewhat like nettle rash?

Getthekettleon · 06/01/2012 17:46

pimple like. They look just like chickenpox?

Are they smaller than chicken pox, but fluid filled? Could it be molloscum?

My daughter used to get them, was a staph infection. I would take her to the docs if they are still appearing on Monday as it needs ABs to clear them up
