We give a diet suggested by a paediatrician after extended bugs in ds1. Rich tea biscuits, bread and honey no butter, banana with the middle black bit cut out. Just small portions, little and often. Offer, let him eat if hungry, don't encourage him if not. Hope he's better soon.

Well whether its right or wrong I've always given my dc's food during a bug, especially if they want to eat.

I would stick to bland foods though and try more fluids than anything else.

Hope your little ones better soon

Yeah, you got to keep food really plain for a while. Everything inside is a bit raw. White bread, biscuits are easy to digest, avoid fats, salt, etc. If he was only sick once today you may be at the tail end? :hopeful:

He slept al night had some bread and s drink straight back to bread we shall see ....
