DD2 feeling sick and tired all the time

DD2 is nearly 11 and has a history of digestion problems since birth - she couldn't eat lumps until 17 months, had an egg allergy until 4 years old. On top of that she has at various stages had an enlarged bowel and we've had to give oral and other laxatives on advice of doctor.

DD2 is a big farter and I mean huge, sometimes if you're hugging her you can feel her stomach like it's cramping or something. She has always been a little but often eater and sometimes she doesn't realise she's hungry until she's crying with starvation. The past week she says she has been feeling sick all the time and has been saying this has been going on for a few weeks now.

I'm beginning to wonder if this sounds like some other food intolerance. I'm going to take her back to the doctor, but not really sure what to insist on without being seen as too pushy iyswim.
