Hi...my DS is 17 months & has always suffered in/off with trapped wind. As a baby he had colic so used infacol & baby gaviscon. What would be suitable/useful now he is older?

Peppermint tea - I still give it to DS aged 2 (he had reflux as well). Very weak - just a few teaspoons of tea in some water after meals.

Fennel tea, and chewing fennel seeds or cardomom seeds is also very good for releasing wind (loudly!!)

Also physical stuff like lying on floor and bicycling legs is good, they'll probably think its fun too.

I do this for wind Blush & DS always joins in Grin
