Concerned about dd and what is normal and abnormal

Namechanged for this to a previous name I've used.

We think dd might have Crohn's and one of her symptoms is she has flatulence from her vagina. However, this happens when she sucks her stomach in so I am unsure whether she is causing it to happen or if it isnt possible for her to make it happen herself. She is 8 btw.

I think it is normal, I remember discovering as a child, maybe a bit older than your dd and making it happen Blush.
