My 19 month old son has been throwing up since 6am today, everything that goes in comes out again, he is acting normally, slightly distressed and gets upset and puts his hands round his head/face when he pukes, he's been hiccuping quite a bit too.

No temperature, he's not done anything in his nappy since 6 ish. he's just hadsome water since I told him too I'll see if that stays in, I don't see any rashes but I've not stripped him.(yet)

I see no rash, there is a tiny bit of piss and his temperature is 36, he doesn't like drinking his water, he's sprinkling it everywhere instead, is it ok to give him orange barley water or lemon squash?.

don't have lemonade and I'm not taking him with me if I have to nip down the shop

Same here. DS 2 throwing up. I am giving him icy water with a spoon. And that stays in.

Same here today too, anything he will drink is better than nothing, so weak squash is fine, plain biscuits, toast, breadsticks etc if he wants to eat.

Fingers crossed it's just a 12/24 hour bug.
