18 month old son has been unwell for a month with that awful dry cough thing that seems to be going round. Anyway two days ago he started with diarrhoea it's yellowish and like curdled milk. He's vomited a few times but it's the I'm guessing tummy pains that's the worst. He has also got awful smelly burps, is this normal? Or part of a new bug? He's eating bits and drinking a little. You can his tummy grumbling away. He's playful enough in himself tho. Anyone any ideas what it could be?

Rotavirus or norovirus? The smelly burps and farts give it away.

He's been lpads better today thanks. Eaten a bit and drinking well at last. No vomiting since last night and only a bit of runs today. It really is scary at the time. Praying he has a good night tonight.
