Reflux and teething?

Hello,

My seven month old seems to have the mother of all reflux today. Well, I think it's reflux, he doesn't seem ill otherwise. But both meals today have gushed back up big style, really liquidy.

I think he's teething, so my question is...is it usual for teething to cause reflux? He's never been too bad with it before, just now and then.

with the lots of saliva going down I can see it being a problem (it seems my dd2 is quite spit-uppy this time around with it too.
