worried about dd

my 5 year old dd has been suffering from banging headaches went to doctor last tue and he just said give calpol when needed since then she has been sick we'd , thur and fri night just once but loads came out she has also been of her food when usually she is very good eater she just seems out of sorts to I tried getting her into the gp today but all app had gone has ne 1 experienced this pls ?

she had a lovely long sleep not been sick since and only said once her head is sore so fingers crossed she will be ok tonite , I'll still get her in with the gp on mon if still unwell x thankyou for asking
