Can lots of wind (farts) indicate a baby not well?

My 11mo dd has a v slight temp and threw her lunch up today which is v unusual for get. But most of all she's really farty. Could this indicate anything - she's not been in the best mood all day.

Sounds like she has a tummy bug.

Today she has a temp and cough. I think it's general under the weather stuff.

HI

My DS is nearly 9 months. He has been very farty - huge and frequent with v smelly nappies. He has had a bad cold also. Doc said it is a virus.

Maybe entirely unrelated but temp v high today and doc diagnosed tonsilitis
