DD's adult tooth coming in in front of baby tooth

DD (6.5) has already lost one front top tooth (was a tiny bit wobbly then got knocked out) and has had the gap for ages, so when the other one got wobbly a few months ago we discouraged her from wobbling it as she also has gaps at the bottom and we didn't want her to have no front teeth at all. It got looser despite this and about a month ago turned slightly and was pretty much hanging out. DD wouldn't let us touch it though and it straightened up and took hold again after a few days. I noticed last night that the adult tooth is now coming in in front. Having done a search I can see it's quite common for them to come in behind but not so much about in front. I've made an appointment with the dentist next week but was thinking of encouraging her to wobble so that it might come out of its own accord. I'm not keen on having to have it pulled as I don't want a negative dental experience at this age. Any thoughts?

DD1 had to have hers pulled a few months ago, the denist put some numbing spray on before hand and she was very brave and it was over quickly. Her tooth was cracked though so had to be removed in parts.
Hopefully it wont hurt too much but clearly will need removing
