ds with bad stomach

ds 10 has been having stomach ache on and off for the past couple of weeks, last night was quite bad so went to see doctor and he suggested upping his fibre and cutting back on dairy and starch, he also has quite a high temperature this morning as well as being up for most of the night. No vomiting or diaorhea thank goodness

Doc did give us medicine for the pain as well as calpol.

Can anyone give me suggestions on what to feed ds, he does normally have quite a good diet, suppose he could always do with more veg though!!

Where is the stomach ache? Could it be appendicitis?

it's all around the centre, the doc said it was diet related but we have an appointment for later today and hopefully they will check further, not in UK so quite easy to get appointments here, hopefully it's some kind of bug and will be gone in a few days but he just seems in pain, not like ds at all
