Toddler freckle

I noticed today that ds2(23 mths) has got a freckle on his lip and also one on his arm. I was suprised as I didnt know kids got freckles this young. He has blonde hair but sallow skin. Is this normal?

I think so, my dgs (2yo) had freckles on his face in the summertime.
