Sore nose in toddler with cold...

My 15mo DD has a pretty standard snotty cold, but the bottom of her nose is red raw from the streaming snot (sorry...) and constant wiping. The skin is cracking and it's causing her some discomfort. Any tips? I've tried vaseline but it doesn't seem to help.
TIA

Try Happinose. You can get it from the chemist. It has a soothing balm. I love it.

epaderm is a very soothing, mildly antibactrial vaseline-type cream, or use sudocreme, which you probably have in the house already, but it will look interesting..

Vaseline is good for preventing the sore nose, especially good for putting on before they go outside in the cold.

Sudocreme will be oyour best bet for treating a sore nose.

Oo, good idea, I hadn't thought of sudocreme - I'll give it a go! Thanks for your replies.
